The game was first announced more than ten years ago at E3 2007 and was supposed to be a Playstation 3 exclusive title.

After the announcement in 2007, the development studio never commented on the game. According to its website, the game would "take players on a paranoid journey into the world of counter-intelligence, espionage and political assassinations during the height of the Cold War at the end of the 1970's."
The expiry of the Agent trademark doesn't necessarily mean that the studio will never continue working on the game, but it is highly unlikely at this point.
