Gearbox Publishing has released the first trailer for a PlayStation 5 game titled Godfall. The console and the game are scheduled to release in the fall of 2020.
According to a recent announcement, Godfall is a third-person fantasy looter-slasher focused on melee combat. It is the first game announced for Sony's PlayStation 5.

The announcement of the game is surprising because Sony has yet to officially reveal its PlayStation 5 console. The trailer for Godfall is said to feature in-engine graphics to show the capabilities of the next PlayStation console.
Godfall is currently in development at Counterplay Games and will release in the fall of 2020 for PC and PlayStation 5.
