The new battle royale game Ring of Elysium is now also available for EU players. The game was already available in US and Asia regions since September.

Ring of Elysium is a new free to play battle royale game developed by Tencent Games, making it a direct competitor to other popular games in the genre. Tencent also has a share in the development studio behind PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.

In the game 60 players spawn on a snow mountain assaulted by a snowstorm. The way out is a rescue flight which can only save up to four people. Survivors must stay ahead of the approaching storm while eliminating competitors.

Players are equipped with a snowboard, climbing gear, or a hang glider, to traverse the snowy terrain and adapt to fights and other intense situations.

The servers for the EU region were added to the game yesterday, giving European players access to the game without requiring VPNs or proxies.
