WB Games has announced it is working on a mobile augmented reality Harry Potter game titled Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. The game is being developed by Niantic, the same studio that worked on Pokémon GO.
The new game is said to be based on the popular Harry Potter and Fantastical Beasts works by author J.K. Rowling. Aside from the game's teaser trailer, the studio has yet to comment on game content and features.
The game is currently being developed by Niantic, which also worked on the once-popular mobile game Pokémon GO.
Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is expected to release in 2019 for Android and iOS devices.
