Tencent Games has revealed a new map for its battle royale game Ring of Elysium. The new Europa island map will be released tomorrow.

According to a recent announcement, Europa is surrounded by the sea and has a coastline, rich vegetation and a warm climate; a holiday destination.

However, Alecto, a volcano nearby who had been quiet for tens of thousands of years, was suddenly awaken. The intense activity of the volcano makes the entire sea tremble. Now, the paradise island is about to become a hell on earth. Players must escape from it before the island gets devoured by the raging lava.

The new escape scenario means that players will be have to choose from a different selection of utility packs: glider, BMX bike, and grappling hook.

The map will introduce six new vehicles; Tuk-tuk, roadster, police car, sightseeing submarine, dinghy, and speedboat, and two new weapons; the MG4 (airdrop only), and the PKM.

The upcoming update will also introduce a dynamic weather system featuring a variety of different types, including sunny, light rain, moderate rain, heavy rain, thunderstorms, cloudy, windy, foggy, and typhoons.

The submarine is located in the harbors of cities located on the edges of the islands near the water. The new police car isn't located in specific places and randomly spawns in cities.

The original snow map will not be selectable by players, but will instead be available at predefined hours of the day, similarly to custom events.
