The shooter game Insurgency: Sandstorm will be getting a remake of the iconic Sinjar map. The remake of the map is called Hillside and features snowy environments.
According to a recent announcement, the new map Hillside is a recreation of the classic Insurgency map Sinjar and will be part of the game's next upcoming content update.

The third recreation of the map features updated visuals yet again, but this time also changes the season to winter. While the snowy environments are expected to create new gameplay opportunities, the map stays true to the original version while slightly expanding on several areas to fit the different mechanics and game modes.
The Insurgency: Sandstorm Hillside map is already available on the game's Community Test Environment branch and will make its way to live servers at a later date.
