Microsoft will be releasing its next console Project Scarlett in the 2020 holiday season. The console will release with Halo Infinite.

According to Microsoft, Project Scarlett is the "most powerful console" the company has ever created.

The console is said to be four times as powerful as the Xbox One X. It will be a capable of rendering in 8K resolution and deliver up to 120 frames per second. Whether that frame rate will also be available with 8K resolution rendering is currently unknown.
