Development studio Hanger 13 has shown a new gameplay video at PAX West earlier today. The video was shown during a Mafia 3 panel at the convention in Seattle, USA.
The new video shows a segment called "The Sitdown" in which Lincoln assigns parts of the city to his crew. The way the city is divided can be changed by the player.

The way players assign parts of the city seem to affect the way the story plays out. In the video Vito Scaletta can be seen arguing with Lincoln about obtaining a part of the city, warning Lincoln that he's done with him if he doesn't work out.
