Development studio Techland has announced that it will be continuing to support its 2015 horror survival game Dying Light by releasing at least 10 new free downloadable content packs in the next 12 months.

Dying Light revolves around undercover agent Kyle Crane who is sent to infiltrate a quarantine zone in a city called Harran. The game features an enemy-infested, open-world city with a dynamic day and night cycle.

The day-night cycle changes the game drastically, as enemies become more aggressive and more difficult to deal with during night time.

Aside from the singleplayer campaign the game also features online multiplayer modes, including a four-player co-op mode.

The new downloadable content packs are said to feature new enemies to take down, new events in the game world and new mysteries to be solved.

The separate new downloadable content pack is expected to be released next month for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 to give players a taste of what is to come in the future.
