In Spider-Man players get to experience an all-new, original Spider-Man story with a more experienced Peter Parker. In the game Peter Parker and Spider-Man's worlds collide in various ways.

In the new developer diary video the developers behind the game discuss what design choices they are making to shape the new Spider-Man experience whilst also discussing the story that is featured in the game.
As usual with Spider-Man games, players will be able to explore an open world modern-day New York City and have full access to Spider-Man's abilities, such as web slinging and wall crawling.
Spider-Man is expected to launch in 2018 exclusively for PlayStation 4.
