HTC and Bethesda have announced a new bundle for the HTC Vive virtual reality headset. The bundle includes a free copy of Fallout 4 VR.
The new bundle will include a digital code that can be used to unlock the virtual reality edition of Fallout 4 on Steam once it launches on December 15, 2017.
Players who already own the HTC Vive virtual reality headset will not be able to claim a free copy of the game.
The HTC Vive received a major price cut earlier this year to compete with the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset that received similar price cuts.
Fallout 4 VR will feature the same content as the 2015 original and also includes changes that make the game easier to play in virtual reality.
The game will not be available for the Oculus Rift, likely because Bethesda's parent company ZeniMax is in a legal battle with Facebook over alledged theft of trade secrets.
