Development studio Quantic Dream has announced it will be focusing on multiplatform games going forward. The studio released its PlayStation 4 exclusive Detroit: Become Human last year.
The French development studio is working on multiplatform games again now that Chinese internet technology company NetEase secured a minority investment. The amount was not disclosed, but the investment will help the studio's "development and creation of the next generation games."
The investment means that Quantic Dream is now no longer limited to PlayStation exclusive titles, ensuring that future titles will be available on "all platforms where there is an audience that can enjoy our experiences."
The studio's last multiplatform release was its interactive action adventure game Fahrenheit, which released in 2005.
