THQ Nordic has announced that it will be releasing the platformer game De Blob 2 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in February.
The console version of De Blob 2 features the same content as the remastered edition that was released for the PC in 2017. The original game launched in 2008 for the Nintendo Wii.

The console version will also includes competitive splitscreen multiplayer functionality.
In the game players control Blob, a character that can mix colors in order to paint objects and bring life to the cityscape to unlock new areas.
Blob is given various missions by his friends, including timed races, defeating enemies, liberating captured characters and seizing important landmarks.
De Blob 2 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 launches on February 27, 2018.
