Rockstar Games has acquired Indian game development studio Dhruva Interactive from Starbreeze. The studio is located in the same city as Rockstar India.
According to a recent announcement, Dhruva Interactive will now operate as part Rockstar India, a merger of Technicolor India and Rockstar Games located in Bangalore.

Now that Dhruva Interactive has merged with Rockstar India, the studio will continue operating to deliver on future Rockstar Games products. Dhruva Interactive has contributed to the development of games from several major studios and publishers.
