On the developer's website it states the company is "looking for talented and passionate individuals to join us at our new state of the art studio facility to ensure that Rockstar continues to reach new heights in immersion and innovation.".

Over the past few years outsourcing software development to India is increasing in popularity due to lower wages. A good software developer in the U.S. can cost anywhere from $50 to $80 an hour.
