EA Games has confirmed that Battlefield 1 will feature a functioning server browser to navigate through the many multiplayer servers. The Battlefield franchise hasn't had an in-game server browser since Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Players of the newer games were forced to install a browser plugin to be able to join multiplayer servers using EA's Battlelog - a browser-based hub for the franchise.

Whether the confirmed server browser is actually in-game or simply an extension of EA's Battlelog remains to be seen. In addition support for dedicated servers that players can host by themselves also has not been confirmed to make a return.
