More Grand Theft Auto V content discovered in Playstation Network preload aftermath

Sunday, August 25, 2013 | 09:40 GMT

It seems more Grand Theft Auto V content has been discovered in the aftermath of the Playstation Network preload debacle. A spanish hacker who goes by the handle of vLife has supposedly been able to gain access to ingame TV advertisements used in Grand Theft Auto V and has posted them online.

Rockstar Informer has verified its contents and can confirm that there are in fact Grand Theft Auto V commercials in the archives. Ingame commercials are said to be using the BIK format, a format which is widely used in the video game industry. Whether more content gets spread around remains to be seen as lots of archives still remain encrypted. Though for those who really can't wait it certainly has been an interesting week thus far.

Thanks to Cowa for sending this in.
