Capcom has announced the first expansion pack for Monster Hunter World. The expansion pack is titled Iceborne and will release in 2019.
According to a recent announcement, Iceborne will including new environments, new monsters, a new quest difficulty rank, new moves, and more.

It will be a paid expansion pack, but will be delivered as downloadable content, so players can seamlessly transition from Monster Hunter: World into Monster Hunter World: Iceborne.
The expansion pack is scheduled to release in the fall of 2019 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. A release window for the PC version was not announced.
