Indie development studio Black Delta has announced its kart racing game KartKraft will be making its way to Steam Early Access in November. The game has been in development for over four years.
According to a recent announcement, the racing game will be available on Steam Early Access next month. The new build of the game is said to be a complete rewrite compared to the 2016 builds.
The racing game was supposed to release in June 2016 after going through its closed beta testing phase, but was ultimately never released and the studio ceased to provide updates on its progress.
The studio now states that there hasn't been a day the game hasn't been worked on, played or tested with over 15,200 code and art submissions in that time.
The new version features a large amount of new gameplay mechanics and tweaks, including a physics-based tire model, improved physics engine, remodeled karts, improved AI, cloud saving, leaderboard ghost modes and customization systems.
KartKraft will be making its way to Steam Early Access on November 1, 2018.
