Ubisoft has announced that the standalone racing game Trackmania 2 Lagoon will be releasing on May 23rd 2017. The game is a standalone game within the Trackmania 2 universe.

The new standalone racing game will feature a 65-track solo campaign amid soaring tropical tracks, as well as six multiplayer game modes and the ability to create new tracks and events in its tropical setting.
The tracks included in the new game are inspired by the Lagoon tracks featured in Trackmania Turbo that was released last year. The tracks are expected to feature the iconic over-the-top racing action from the previous Trackmania titles and players will be able to challenge others in Time Attack, Round, Team, Cup, Laps, and Chase events.

Trackmania 2 Lagoon will launch on May 23rd 2017 for PC and will be available through Steam, Uplay, and Maniaplanet.
