Bandai Namco has released the first gameplay trailer for its upcoming online action RPG game Blue Protocol. The game combines anime cell-shaded graphics with online RPG mechanics.

The game is said to be set in a world featuring "overwhelming graphics along the lines of anime movies" combined with more traditional online role-playing mechanics. Players will be able to explore the world with friends as they play through the story.
