Aside from expansion content players can also purchase access to an additional toolkit function that allows them to create their own scenario's, create their own roller coaster designs and gain access to an import and export function to share creations with friends.

The mobile version of the game features a reworked user interface that is optimized for mobile gameplay, but should still be recognizable to those who have played the original.

RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic is now available for Android and iOS devices.
