Indie development studio Vreski has released its top-down shooter game The Hong Kong Massacre. The game is available for both PC and PlayStation 4.

In the game players are set out to hunt down a triad leader in Hong Kong by making connections within his inner circle to find clues about his whereabouts.

Players will be able to visit several locations on the game's map in any order. As they discover new clues new locations will be unlocked. The game also contains several stealth levels.

The main gameplay mechanic in The Hong Kong Massacre allows players to slow down time at any time similarly to Max Payne franchise titles. The mechanic allows players to dodge bullets or set up the perfect shot.

The game is said to be inspired by classic Hong Kong action movies.

The Hong Kong Massacre released on January 22, 2019, for PC and PlayStation 4.
