The Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of Prison Architect will be getting the Escape Mode that was already available in the PC version of the game. That can be deduced from a recent announcement.
The Escape Mode content will be released via a paid downloadable content pack and will thus not be available for free like the PC version of the mode.

In Escape Mode players take control of a prisoner who has to escape from prison. The player is able to break out of custom built prisons, including prisons built by other players.
The new content is expected to launch in 2018 and a price tag has yet to be announced.
