The iconic Star Wars game Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy has been re-released for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. The original game released in 2003.

According to a recent announcement, the re-release of the original game features slightly improved graphics and improved controls.

Online multiplayer also sees a return, allowing matches with up to 16 players in six online multiplayer modes: Siege, Power Duel, Capture the Flag, Duel, and Free For All (both solo and teams).

The game originally released in 2003 for the PC and received significant popularity for its multiplayer component, which was played extensively for many years after its release.

The re-release on both platforms is only available as a digital download. A physical release was not announced. The game currently retails for US$19.99 in North America and €23.99 in Europe.

Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy released on March 26, 2020, for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
