Frontier Developments has announced that the next large update for Planet Coaster will be released on November 22, 2017. The 1.4 Anniversary Update introduces new content and features to the game.

The new Anniversary Update follows the game's other free Winter, Spring, and Summer updates. This update introduces new content and various new features, including a Scenario Editor, new rides, and interchangable coasters.

The new Scenario Editor will give players the tools to create their own custom scenarios and share them via Steam Workshop.

The update includes five new rides: the Weisshorn; a classic fairground ride, the Monte Leone; a smaller version of the Weisshorn, the Hop The Gaps; a rickety side friction ride, the Cascade; the game's first water coaster, and the Zenith; a hydraulic launched coaster with a top speed of 175mph that roars vertically up an enormous "Top Hat" element.

The new update also features several other pieces of smaller content, including a Staff Management building, a host of picnic benches, special management and user interface improvements, and bugfixes.

The Planet Coaster 1.4 Anniversary Update launches on November 22, 2017.
