EA Dice has released a new trailer for Death Star, the third digital expansion pack for Star Wars Battlefront. The expansion pack will launch in September.
Star Wars Battlefront: Death Star features several new maps, with combat taking place in space outside the Death Star, and inside the walls of the ultimate weapon, several new vehicles, blasters and star cards as well as two new heroes, Bossk and Chewbacca that will be put into rotation alongside the currrent heroes, including Han Solo.
Aside from the new trailer the developer has also announced that it will release a free update for the game on July 21st that will introduce an offline Skirmish mode to the game.
Skirmish will offer players the ability to play across two of Star Wars Battlefront's most popular modes on a variety of difficulty levels. While offline, players can take to the battlefront in Walker Assault, or to the skies in Fighter Squadron. For the console versions of the game the update will also introduce a co-op split screen mode.
The Star Wars Battlefront: Death Star expansion will be available this September for all players who have purchased the game's Season Pass. The digital expansion can also be purchased separately.
