BioShock: The Collection will release for the Nintendo Switch later this year, publisher 2K Games announced. The collection was already rumored to release for Nintendo's console but a confirmation wasn't given until now.
BioShock: The Collection contains remastered versions of both the first and second games and all content of the third game BioShock Infinite: The Complete Collection.
The third game in the series will contains both expansion DLC packs Clash in the Clouds, which adds an arena-based combat mode, and Burial at Sea, which is a two-episode story expansion.
The Nintendo Switch versions of these games are reworked to take advantage of the JoyCon controllers and run at a lower graphical quality compared to the PC version.
The release of the bundle of games for the Nintendo Switch was already rumored since a game rating organization leaked its existence. A confirmation wasn't given until now.
BioShock: The Collection for Nintendo Switch releases on May 29, 2020.
