Fans of the franchise speculate that the collection will contain the same titles as the one that was available for the previous generation of consoles, which included Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter, Serious Sam 3: BFE, and Serious Sam: Double D XXL.

The entire library of Serious Sam titles is already available on the PC. The upcoming collection received the "M for mature 17+" rating.
