Microsoft has announced a new racing game titled Forza Street. The game is a free to play game and is already available for PC.
Development studio Turn 10 Studios noted that the game is an "all-new Forza experience" designed to be played anytime, anywhere and excite anyone who loves cars.
The game is free to play and is already available for Windows 10 devices. It will be rolling out for Android and iOS later this year. Because it is primarily a mobile game, it features "streamlined controls" that focus on timing of gas, brake, and boost to earn victory. Players can not steer their car during gameplay.
In the game players can collect and assemble a legendary lineup of cars to compete in "intense, cinematic" races. Whether players want to squeeze in a quick one-minute race or get immersed in a story campaign, every race is a chance to earn a performance icon from an ever-growing list of incredible cars, turning your garage into a trophy case.
The studio will continue to add new content and features over time to actively engage with its community. However, more details have yet to be announced.
Although Microsoft did not mention this in their press release, the game is a rebrand of the racing game Miami Street, which was already available for PC since May 2018. The original game already included microtransactions.
Forza Street released on April 15, 2019, for PC. It will make its way to Android and iOS later this year.
