Indie open world RPG game Outward shown in new screenshots

Indie development studio Nine Dots Studio has released new screenshots of its upcoming open world RPG game. The game releases next week.

Outward is an open world role-playing game where the cold of the night or an infected wound can be as dangerous as a predator lurking in the dark. Explore the vast world of Aurai, embark on memorable adventures alone or with your friends.

As an ordinary adventurer, you will not only have to hide or defend yourself against threatening creatures, but also brave the hazardous environmental conditions, protect yourself against infectious diseases, make sure you get enough sleep, and stay hydrated.

Embark on perilous expeditions across untamed lands to reach new cities, undertake varied missions and discover hidden dungeons crawling with formidable enemies.

The game will feature both singleplayer and local and online co-op multiplayer to adventure with your friends.
