Indie development studio Star Drifters has released the first trailer for the upcoming real-time strategy god game Driftland: The Magic Revival.

According to a recent press release, the game features a combination of 4X (explore, expand, exploit and exterminate), RTS, and god game genres seasoned with "one-of-a-kind" features, including a dynamic topography consisting of floating islands will change the situation on the battlefield.

The game is based on other popular RTS games such as Civilization, Heroes of Might, The Settlers, and Starcraft.

Players will be able to adjust the complexity and difficulty of maps and scenarios to their liking. As they advance through the game they will expand their kingdom, gather resources, and merge scattered fragments of a planet with powerful sorcery.

Driftland: The Magic Revival features both a singleplayer campaign and a multiplayer game mode to allow players to team up with friends.

The game is currently in development at Star Drifters, an independent development studio located in Warsaw, Poland.

Driftland: The Magic Revival will be making its way to Early Access later this year for PC and Mac.
