Bethesda has announced that it will be bringing both Doom and Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus to the Nintendo Switch.
According to a recent press release, the first title to appear on the handheld console is Doom, which is expected to release this holiday season. The Nintendo Switch version will feature both the singleplayer campaign and multiplayer modes.
Whether the game will feature changes to make it easier to play is currently unknown though expected. Whether all downloadable content will be included is also unknown.
The Nintendo Switch version of Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus was also announced. The Nintendo Switch version is said to be released in 2018. The game launches on October 27, 2017, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Both Doom and Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus are expected to feature toned-down graphics to be able to run on the handheld console.
