Codemasters has announced the next annual release of its F1 racing titled F1 2019. The game releases in June.

According to a recent announcement, the studio has been working on the game for the past two years. This is interesting because last year it was still working on the previous annual release F1 2018.

With this release the studio "wants to build on the success of previous iterations" and deliver an experience that rivals the quality and production values of the real-life sport and includes several new game features which will be revealed in the coming months.

F1 2019 will release on June 28, 2019, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
