Tequila Works has confirmed that the indie adventure game Rime will be releasing for all major platforms this May. The game was rumoured to become multiplatform when rating authorities released ratings for multiple platforms.

The indie adventure game was first revealed as a PlayStation 4 exclusive title, but in December 2016 rating authorities in Brazil and Australia reported that they had given ratings for the game for multiple platforms.

Rime tells the story of a boy who must use his wits and ingenuity to survive, and ultimately escape from, a mysterious island and a terrible curse.

The game features free-form exploration by allowing players to freely explore the island, face its challenges and uncover secrets.

Rime launches in May 2017 for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
