Hazelight Studios reveals prison escape game A Way Out
Saturday, June 10, 2017 - 19:40 GMT

Indie development studio Hazelight Studios has revealed the new prison escape game titled A Way Out. The game seems to be heavily based on the original Prison Break story.

In the game players must escape from prison by working together. The game can only be played in co-op multiplayer, either via a local split screen multiplayer mode or by teaming up with a friend online.

The game is played in third person and players will be able to play as either Leo and Vincent as they try to break out of prison. Players can approach scenarios in different ways depending on how players split up tasks and every scenario is said to be "unique" to a specific scene.

The game is currently being developed by indie development studio Hazelight Studios and is part of EA Games Originals, a funding and support program for indie development studios.

A Way Out is expected to launch in 2018 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
