Pokémon fighting game Pokkén Tournament DX gets new gameplay trailer

Nintendo has released a new gameplay trailer for the Pokémon fighting game Pokkén Tournament DX for Nintendo Switch. The game launches in September.


In Pokken Tournament DX players take direct control of one of over 20 prized Pokémon fighters to defeat other Pokémon in action-packed arena fights. The game will feature the new fighting styles of Croagunk, Scizor, Empoleon, Darkrai, and the newly added Decidueye.

The game will include several multiplayer capabilities, including local multiplayer in which players will be able to play against each other by using the two Joy-Con controllers that come with the Nintendo Switch console, and competitive online play via the game's new Group Match Mode.
