Nintendo has announced that it will show new footage of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild at The Game Awards 2016. The show takes place in Los Angles, US tonight.


Nintendo has not yet announced what it will show that hasn't been shown yet but it did note that it will give players an "exclusive look" into the game.

It is expected that the company will show a new trailer for the game that will contain new gameplay footage of several new environments as well as a first look at several new weapons and items.

The Game Awards 2016 takes place on Thursday night in the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, US. Those interested can watch the awards show via a livestream.
