Blackmill Games has announced that it has launched a new temporary downloadable content pack for the World War One shooter Verdun. All of the generated revenue will be donated to War Child Armistice.
The new content pack gives players temporary access to a dedicated winter map where they can participate in snowball fights, play football matches, sing along with Christmas carols and send Christmas cards to their loved ones.
By sharing Christmas cards players will automatically participate in the daily Verdun giveaway and get a chance on winning an extra Verdun key, trench whistle and/or Verdun peppermint can.
The downloadable content comes in a form of a temporary pack that is purchasable through various tiers, giving players the option of how much money to donate to War Child: €2.99, €7.99 or €12.99.
Once purchased the content pack will give players access to the new content until January 2nd 2017. Regular Verdun players will be able to participate every other third match for 5 minutes.
Blackmill Games is currently running a 50% off sale for Verdun on Steam during the whole holiday season.
