Epic Games has announced it has released the assets of the MOBA game Paragon via its Unreal Engine marketplace. The assets are available free of charge.
The assets now available via the Unreal Engine marketplace are the same as those used in the MOBA game Paragon. Epic Games will shut the game down in April because it was unable to attract a large player base.
When the game launch in 2016 it received above average press coverage because the game provided a unique flavor to the MOBA genre. However, after its release popularity slowly faded away due to the studio's average marketing campaigns.
The available assets include 20 characters and 1500 assets used to create the game's environments. According to Epic Games, the released assets have an estimated $12 million US value.
