Rockstar Games has announced that it will re-release L.A. Noire for several new platforms, including the HTC Vive virtual reality headset.

The studio has announced four new editions of the game, though most of them are roughly the same as the original.

The most interesting new edition of L.A. Noire is L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files, a reimagined version made specifically for the HTC Vive. The game will feature seven select cases from the original game retrofitted to work with the virtual reality headset.

This comment has been removed. Great game, can't wait to revisit it. Besides it's also rumored that the new versions (PS4, Xbox One) will come with a first-person mode alà GTA V. There's apparently also four new outfits which you can collect by completing various objectives as well as new collectible hidden Novel Covers and Golden Vinyl records scattered throughout the world. If the GTA V remaster is anything to go by we are in for a treat!
