Indie development studio Campo Santo has announced that Firewatch will be making its way to Xbox One on September 21st. The game was already available on Windows, Linux, OS X and PlayStation 4.
Along with the release of the game on Xbox One all versions of the game will also receive an update. The update brings new content to Firewatch, including a Firewatch Audio Tour story chapter and a free-roam exploration game mode.
According to the development studio the The Firewatch Audio Tour is "part scavenger hunt, part museum tour and part game dev workshop, mixed with a dash of inside Campo Santo goofs."
In free roam, players will be able to live in the Shoshone National Forest of Wyoming with a full day / night cycle and explore with a few hidden secrets.
Firewatch for Xbox One and the Firewatch update both launch September 21st.
