Shenmue I and II will be making their way to the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 later this year, publisher Sega announced last week. The games will be available in a single package.

The modern platform re-release of the two games will feature both English and Japanese voice-overs, tweaked control schemes, high-definition resolution rendering and various minor changes.

The first Shenmue game launched on December 29th 1999 for the Dreamcast console and only saw 1.2 million copies being sold worldwide, even though the game was critically acclaimed. The sequel to the game, Shenmue II, netted similar sales figures.

The third game in the franchise, Shenmue III, is still in development after a successful Kickstarter campaign that was launched in June 2016. That game is also expected to release this year.

The collection of the two games will be available for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and is expected to retail for $29.99 in North America and €29.99 in Europe.
