During Call of Duty XP Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will feature all original 16 maps reworked in high defininition through an update in December.
When Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered was first announced promotional material indicated that the game would only include 10 of the 16 Call of Duty 4 maps.

At the Call of Duty XP event publisher Activision revealed that the remaining 6 maps will be released free of charge via an update in December, giving players access to the full 16 maps.
At the event Activision has also released a new multiplayer trailer for the game that gives viewers a first look at the remastered maps.
