Development studio Bluehole Studio has released the 7th patch for the PC version of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds. The patch is now available via the game's test servers.

The 7th patch brings several new features and improvements, including a new friends list system that allows players to add up to 50 friends, main menu voice chat, 37 achievements, an emote system featuring 12 different emotes and new gun scopes.

The new emote system is available by pressing the tilde key (~) and emotes can be selected by left-clicking from the menu wheel. Emotes can also be triggered by pressing hotkeys.

The patch also contains a long list of bugfixes, including fixes for players getting stuck on the map, the ability to crawl abnormally fast, vehicle physics tweaks that prevent causing unexpected deaths and various user interface tweaks.

The patch is expected to go live on live servers next week depending on player feedback.
