Indie development studio Lost Tower Games has released its strategy game ValeGuard on Steam. The game has been in its Early Access development phase since May.
ValeGuard is said to be part "turn-based-strategy" and part "tower-defense". In the game players must use their resources wisely to transform each village from farm-town to fortress.

Building defenses and training troops during the day and holding the line with powerful heroes at night is the key to success.
As players progress through the game they will unlock new heroes and technology which can be used to make a final stand against the Dark Generals.
ValeGuard is now available for PC and currently retails for $11.69 US in North America and €9.71 in Europe.
