Indie development studio +Mpact Games has announced that the hack-and-slash action RPG game Hanako: Honor & Blade will be coming to Steam Early Access on October 9th 2017.

In the game players can choose from at least four different classes: Kenshi, Naginatashi, Ite and Ninja as they battle against opposing teams for several different objectives.

Every level included in the game is designed to present unique obstacles and mechanics, and teamwork and strategy will be required to complete objectives.

To celebrate the reveal of the game's Early Access release date the studio has released a new trailer that focuses on the playable classes that are included in the game. The trailer also includes new gameplay footage and a closer look at some of the game's multiplayer maps.

The game is built upon Unreal Engine 4 and features several maps, at least four different game modes and multiplayer for up to 24 players.

The game successfully went through Steam's Greenlight program several years ago and will now be making its way to Steam Early Access on October 9th 2017.
