Development studio ArenaNet has released the first trailer for the first episode of Guild Wars 2's fourth Living World season. The Daybreak episode continues the story of the game's second expansion pack.

The first episode of the fourth Living World season is the continuation of the story told in the game's second expansion pack Path of Fire.

In Daybreak players will see the results of Balthazar's fight with Elder Dragon Kralkatorrik. In the trailer the dragon can be seen attacking the outpost Amnoon Oasis.

Along with new story content the update will also introduce a new Fractal map and a new Raid Wing.

In our review of Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire we gave it an 8 out of 10 score, praising the introduction of mounts, its soundtrack and storytelling, but also noted that the expansion pack lacks worthwhile repeatable content.

Guild Wars 2: Living World Season 4 Episode 1 launches on November 28, 2017.
