Valve has announced that it is currently selling the Steam Link for 70% off during the Steam Summer Sale 2017. The device was released in November of 2015.
With Steam Link gamers are able to play games on any TV by connecting their high-end PC anywhere in the house to the device via their local network. Once connected, gamers are able to browse their Steam library in the client's Big Picture Mode and play them with minimal input lag.
The device supports up to 1080P resolution streaming at 60 frames per second, depending on the speed of your local network. Wireless connection is also supported, though additional input lag is expected.
The Steam Link is currently on sale for just for $14.99 until July 5, 2017. Depending on the shipping address, additional shipping costs may be charged.
A bundle containing both the Steam Link and Steam controller is also on sale for $44.98, which is a 55% discount.
