Indie development studio Red Hook Studios has announced it will be brining the turn-based role-playing game Darkest Dungeon to the Nintendo Switch.
Darkest Dungeon is a challenging gothic roguelike turn-based role-playing game that focuses on the psychological stresses of adventuring.
In the game players must recruit, train, and lead a team of flawed heroes against unimaginable horrors, stress, famine, disease, and the ever-encroaching dark.
The original game was released for the PC in 2016 and has been in development for the Nintendo Switch for several months.
The Nintendo Switch version of the game is expected to retail for $24.99 US in North America and €24.99 in Europe. The Crimsons Court and The Shieldbreaker expansions packs will also be available for purchase separately.
Darkest Dungeon for Nintendo Switch launches on January 18, 2018.
